2004 ME Townhall Meeting Successfully Held on March 25th.

The annual Mechanical Engineering undergraduate and graduate town hall meeting was successfully held in EB auditorium on March 25, 2004.  Around fifty students and six faculty members attended this meeting.  During the meeting, important information such as advising, course offerings and ABET visit during Fall 2004 was presented by Professor Song; SAC and TAC awards were handed out to the current members; Dr. Payvar was announced as the winner of the Teaching Award and Service Award selected by ME students last year; new SAC and TAC members were elected; Angela Kline from the Coop office gave a short presentation on Coop opportunities; other student organizations were discussed, and the topic "Computational Track" was presented by Dr. Coller. Good sandwiches, cookies and drinks were enjoyed by all attendees.  Pictures highlighting the event follow.
